SalesOptimize offers the following paid service:
Upload up to 5 business documents (CRM export, pitch deck, P&L, playbook, etc.). Receive a personalised AI-powered audit report covering 6 sales dimensions with prioritised action recommendations — delivered by email within 72 hours.
A free Sales Diagnostic (18 questions, instant score) is also available at no cost and is not subject to these Terms of Sale.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Price: $49 USD (one-time, inclusive of all applicable taxes where required)
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
- Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other cards supported by Stripe.
- Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Order confirmation is sent by email.
4. Delivery
- The AI Audit report is a digital deliverable sent by email.
- You will receive an upload link immediately after payment. Upload your documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, TXT — max 10 MB per file).
- Your personalised report is delivered within 72 hours of document submission.
- If delivery is delayed beyond 72 hours due to a technical issue, we will notify you promptly.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU / French Law)
Under EU Directive 2011/83 and French consumer law (Code de la consommation), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.
Important exception — digital content: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply once you have expressly consented to the immediate execution of the digital service and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal will be lost upon delivery of the report.
In practice: If you have uploaded documents but not yet received your report, you may request a full refund within 14 days. Once your report has been delivered to your inbox, the digital content exception applies. To request a refund, email salesoptimize@polsia.app with your order reference.
6. Refunds & Disputes
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- If you are dissatisfied with your report, contact us. We will review your case and may offer a revised report or refund at our discretion.
- Chargebacks raised without first contacting us may result in suspension of access to the platform.

7. Intellectual Property
Your AI Audit report is created for your exclusive use. You may share it internally within your organisation. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the report commercially.
Your uploaded documents remain your property. We process them solely to generate your report and delete them after 30 days.
8. Limitation of Liability
The AI Audit report is provided for informational and advisory purposes only. It does not constitute professional financial, legal, or consulting advice.
SalesOptimize's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that purchase ($49).
9. Applicable Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to reach an amicable resolution. Failing that, the competent French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
