- Email address — to deliver your diagnostic results and AI Audit report
- Diagnostic responses — business-process data (not personal), used to generate your score
- Uploaded documents — business documents submitted for the AI Audit ($49); automatically deleted after 30 days
Purpose & legal basis: Contract performance (delivering the service you requested) and legitimate interests (improving diagnostic accuracy with anonymised data only).
Retention: Uploaded documents are permanently deleted after 30 days. Diagnostic results are retained for 12 months. Email addresses are retained until you request deletion.
Your rights (GDPR): Right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection. To exercise any of these rights, email salesoptimize@polsia.app. You also have the right to file a complaint with the CNIL at cnil.fr.
